What's On

Each year, we host a variety of events including performances, both at the Creation Space and other locations in the Borough, exhibitions, and interactive children's shows.

A variety of classes and workshops are also held at the Creation Space.

And don't forget, many of the shows that Proteus produce will also tour nationally.

Music fans,
We have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the @kitethiefuk gig this coming Saturday due to the extreme heat. Without any air conditioning or any way of cooling the venue, running such an event with temperatures as high as we are experiencing, would be a very real risk to health and safety. All ticket buyers have been contacted and will receive their full refund shortly.
We hope to reschedule the brilliant acts we had lined up and to rock out with you again soon in cooler circumstances.
Keep an eye out for future/ rescheduling announcements.
Stay hydrated.

It is looking VERY likely that it will be glorious sunshine all weekend so don't forget to pack your hat and suncream and do pop down and join us for outdoor theatre and picnics in the garden, if you are looking for some excellent entertainment this weekend!

What's been your favourite moment?

Often described as collection of raucous and bawdy tales The Canterbury Tales were originally but penned by Geoffrey Chaucer back in the 14th Century (written in Middle English), which can make those references challenging for modern audiences!
Meticulously adapted by Mary Swan, this production keeps at it's heart the witty stories and raucous characterisation beloved by long-time Chaucer fans, whilst making the works accessible to a new generation of fans!
