Basingstoke Music Initiative are thrilled to welcome celebrated folk troubadour Beans on Toast heads out on his annual winter tour.

Part concert, part gathering, every Beans on Toast show is a unique evening of songs and stories. Expect open-hearted tales of family, friendships and everyday life alongside protest songs, drinking songs, songs about nature and songs that’ll have you laughing one minute and wiping away a tear the next.

With his trademark warmth, wit and unwavering optimism, Beans has spent nearly two decades building one of the most loyal and welcoming audiences in British folk music. Whether you’ve been coming for years or it’s your first time, everyone is welcome.

  • Date & Times: Wednesday 18th November | Doors at 6pm, support (tbc) at 7pm
  • Stage times: TBC
  • Age Guidance: 12+ but under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult
  • Accessibility: This will be a predominantly standing room-only gig, however we can provide a seating area to the side of the stage if requested in advance.
    The venue is all based on the ground floor and so accessible for most wheelchairs. We have some limited disabled parking and an accessible toilet.
