Dru Yoga

Thursdays 10.30am – 12noon

Dru yoga is gentle, kind and suitable for all levels of ability.

Come along and give yourself the opportunity to feel really great in this friendly and sociable class.

We learn to breathe and enjoy the movements into each gentle yoga pose, with an emphasis on relaxation.

Classes are currently running at reduced capacity to ensure social distancing rules are adhered to.
