Fused Glass Workshop

Saturday 17th May 2025 - Saturday 24th May 2025 2pm

TICKETS: £25pp + booking fee

Fused Glass Workshop with Jane Connell from The Glass Duck

Add small pieces of multicoloured fused glass, glass frits (tumbled glass sprinkles), glass stringers and glass enamels to a clear square or rectangle base shape to create your own unique fused glass artwork; Jane will guide and encourage you throughout the design and assembly process. The fired piece can be made into a light catcher hanging or a tealight.

There is no glass cutting involved in this workshop however, adults, and accompanied children age 9 years+ only, may use mosaic cutters to cut smaller pieces of glass (younger children aged 6-9 years will need an adult to do this step).
Learn about working with glass cutting tools, health and safety when working with glass, and utilising different types of fused glass such as pieces, frits and stringers.
Jane will fire your finished piece, which will be available to pick up from her 7-10 days later.
