Discover muscles you never thought you had, and learn to move in ways you never thought you could in my supportive, encouraging and informative Tribal Fusion dance classes ran by Claira Dracona, silk fan dancer & tribal fusion belly dance teacher.

My classes are a great challenge & also built around my intention for you to feel empowered.
Build your fitness, tone your body, and improve your confidence as you tap into your natural rhythm of feminine energy & self empowerment in a fun and embodied way!

Dress as you please, with comfort so you can move & shimmy :)

There are also opportunities to showcase our dance practice’s & projects at numerous shows if you so wish to take the opportunity. If not for the performance, come for the fun and learning experience to connect with your body & dance.

What we will learn:

• Important development exercises in the warm up
• The warm up
• Chest figure 8’s
• Glutes and their relevance to belly dance
• Shoulder isolation’s
• Hip slides
• Sidewinder breakdown and technique
• Internal massage hip circles
• Horizontal chest circles
