In Winter 2000, proteus premiered Sherlock's Excellent Adventure! Sherlock Holmes, together with his sidekick Dr Watson and his housekeeper Mrs Hudson, took a well-earned break in deepest Hampshire, only to become embroiled in one of his most dangerous (and hilarious) cases! Could the intrepid detective save the day, or would his arch-enemy Moriarty triumph at last?

With all the ingredients of a great family show, Sherlock's Excellent Adventure! charmed audiences around Hampshire, serving as an entertaining alternative to the traditional Christmas pantomime.
